  • Each sword is handcrafted and made to order, which may require 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or due to high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been successfully placed.
  • Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): Orders are typically delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • International Shipping: For customers outside India, delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier service efficiency, regional restrictions, and weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for selected products or promotional offers (if applicable).
  • Standard Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery type.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Talwar Factory is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
  • If your package is delayed beyond 15 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact our support team. We will assist in locating your order and resolving the issue promptly.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • No refunds will be processed for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered upon delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
  • Share unboxing photos or videos within 48 hours for verification and replacement processing as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
